Return Policy
To initiate a return for an unopened and unused item within 14 days of delivery, email info@serviette.nyc with your order number. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For issues like shipping damage or malfunctions within 14 days, email a photo and order number to info@serviette.nyc for resolution. Refunds will be processed within two weeks to the original payment method. Items bought online cannot be returned to retail stores, pop-up shops, or third-party vendors.
