Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Details

Serviette ships within the continental United States and Canada, with complimentary ground shipping on orders over $600.00. Please note this offer does not apply to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, or Hawaii. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military installations, or U.S. territories.

We aim to ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. Due to regulations, perfumes must be shipped via ground transport. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 7 days with USPS, UPS, or Canada Post (1–2 days within New York City). If you’re outside the U.S. or Canada and interested in Serviette products, please email us at info@serviette.nyc to express your interest. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and will keep you updated on future destinations.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

All orders have the option to add Route shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages that occur during transit. If your package is lost and you did not choose Route insurance, we will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee recovery. Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an unopened and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, please initiate your return by emailing info@serviette.nyc with your order number. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund deducting a 10% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For issues like damage during shipping or product malfunctions within 14 days of delivery, please take a photo of the issue and send it with your order number to info@serviette.nyc, and we will work to resolve it. Refunds will be processed within two weeks to the original payment method. Items bought online at www.serviette.nyc cannot be returned to retail stores, pop-up shops, or any third-party vendors.
