Shipping policy

Serviette ships exclusively within the continental United States and provides complimentary ground shipping for orders over $600.00. Please note that this offer does not apply to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Currently, we do not process orders for Canada or any regions outside the continental U.S. If you’re interested in Serviette products and are located beyond our shipping area, please email us at info@serviette.nyc to express your interest. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will keep you updated on potential new destinations. Additionally, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military installations, or U.S. territories.

We aim to ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. Due to regulations, perfume must be shipped via ground transport. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 7 days with USPS or UPS (1-2 days within New York City).
