Orders can only be modified or canceled immediately after purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us at info@serviette.nyc with “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

During peak periods, orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it’s on its way. Tracking details may take 24 hours to update. Orders ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive in 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Serviette fragrances are exclusively stocked at Stéle, with two locations in New York City. Visit their Manhattan store at 179 Mott Street or their Brooklyn location at 339 Bedford Avenue to experience our fragrances in person. Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Shipping perfumes is subject to strict regulations due to their classification as hazardous materials, primarily because they contain ethanol, which is flammable. We are actively working on acquiring distribution partners who can help us facilitate international shipping. Stay tuned for updates on our shipping options and international stockists.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items bought directly from us. Contact info@serviette.nyc to initiate a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging with tracking/proof of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Perfumes are preserved by alcohol, which acts as a stabilizer. Scents may evolve over time, particularly if stored away from extreme temperature, humidity, and sunlight. After about two years, some perfumes with natural ingredients like citrus may briefly exhibit a slight acetone-like smell on first spray. This is normal and dissipates within seconds.
