Does Serviette ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and Canada. Are Serviette’s perfumes clean?
Serviette perfumes are formulated using cosmetic-grade raw materials that comply with international safety and regulatory standards. The alcohol base is 190-proof organic sugarcane alcohol (SDA ethanol), selected for its high purity, low odor profile, and suitability for fine fragrance applications. All formulas are developed in accordance with current IFRA Standards and undergo laboratory testing to support safe consumer use. Serviette fragrances are produced without phthalates, parabens, or intentionally added restricted substances and are manufactured in small batches in California following established cosmetic best practices, because we believe refinement should never compromise health, ethics, or clarity.
Are Serviette’s perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our perfumes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We take great care to ensure that no animal-derived ingredients are used in any of our products. We are committed to ethical practices, which means we never test our perfumes on animals at any stage of production. Furthermore, we do not allow third-party testing on animals, even in regions where it may be required by law. We believe in creating beautiful scents with respect for animals and the environment.
Where is Serviette made?
Each Serviette fragrance begins in perfumer Trey Taylor’s Manhattan studio, where every formula is composed by hand. From there, it is compounded and tested for IFRA compliance by a laboratory in California, before being bottled and assembled in New Jersey.
Across each step, production follows the highest standards of safety and regulatory-compliant procedures, ensuring a process that is as exacting as it is considered.
